New VC at AJK varsity
MUZAFFARABAD:04 August:AJK President Sardar Mohammad Yaqoob Khan on Friday appointed Professor Syed Dilnawaz Ahmed Gardezi as the new vice-chancellor of the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
He has replaced Prof Dr Habibur Rehman who had been given a second extension in February this year “till further orders”.
He had been serving as dean Faculty of Agriculture Rawalakot campus since 2010.
Prof Gardezi gave his joining report to the president’s office on Friday and will attend his office here on Monday.Dawn.
