HEC team visits AWKU

MARDAN:April 26: A delegation of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and vice-chancellors of different universities in the province visited Abdul Wali Khan University (AWKU) here Wednesday.A press release said the delegation comprising HEC Chairman Dr Javed A Leghari, executive director Dr S Sohail H Naqvi, Dr Nasir Ali Khan, member operation and planning, University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar Vice-Chancellor Syed Imtiaz Hussain Gilani, Bannu University of Science and Technology Vice-Chancellor Dr Asmatullah Khan and others also visited the proposed site of the new building of the university in Palato near Sheikh Maltoon town.AWKU Vice-Chancellor Dr Ihsan Ali gave a detailed briefing about the new building of the university.
