IIUI defeat 5th larger university

Islamabad: 02 March: International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has jumped to number five in the category of large universities of the country. Higher Education Commission (HEC) has recently ranked the universities after doing their comparative analysis. IIUI Quality Enhancement Cell Director Prof. Dr. Muhammad Riaz, on this occasion, congratulated the university teachers and administration officials. He said it is due to their day and night hard work that the university has been excelling. Prof. Riaz said the university was on number eight in 2007-08 but in the recent ranking it came up to number five which is an encouraging gesture. At present, there are over 22000 students studying separately in male and female campuses.
