Islamabad Model College Mehfil-e-Milad

Islamabad:February 18:The Islamabad Model College for Girls (Postgraduate), Sector F-7/4, organised a ‘Mehfil-e-Milad’ here on Friday.

The ceremony started with the recitation from the Holy Quran. The student council conducted the ‘Quran Khawani’ before the commencement of ‘Milad’. The chief guest of the ceremony was Principal Mrs. Ghazala Khalid.

‘Milad’ participants presented ‘Darood-o-Salam’ to show deep affection to the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Principals of different colleges and guests from outside were also invited to ‘Mehfil-e-Milad’.

Mrs. Yasmeen Bukhari, Mrs. Shazia Shakeel and Mrs. Zahida Parveen recited ‘Naats’ and Mrs. Iffat Khalid shared the golden words about the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The ceremony ended with ‘Salam’ and ‘Dua’ by Mrs. Gul Bibi.The news.
