QAU students threaten protests if colleagues not reinstated

ISLAMABAD:11May: The students of Quaid-e-Azam University have threatened the university administration with protests if their 11 expelled colleagues were not reinstated.

Several hundred students on Thursday staged a sit-in for two hours in front of the administration block in the support of expelled students.

It is relevant to mention here that on April 27, an international conference was held in the university and some students tried to highlight the university hostel’s problem, while some students even damaged the university property. Taking strict action on the incident, the university administration not only expelled 11 students but also got an FIR registered against them in the Secretariat Police Station. inp.Daily Times.
