MINGORA:22 June: Expressing dissatisfaction on the marking of papers in the recently announced Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination results by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Swat, female students of grade IX of a private school have demanded rechecking of papers.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday along with her classmates, Hammad Nishad said the academic future of scores of talented students had been put at stake due to the wrong marking of papers.
She alleged that many students were deliberately declared failed in written as well as practical papers.She alleged the employees of BISE Swat were forcing the students to grease their palms for awarding extra marks in the papers. She asked the provincial government to take note of the issue by ordering rechecking of papers forthwith.Daily Times.
