Bannu board HSSC results declared

BANNU: A female candidate outdid males as the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Bannu on Friday declared results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) annual examinations 2011. Saliha Javed of the Government Girls Inter College stood first in the board obtaining 963 marks, said a communique issued by the BISE Bannu.
Muhammad Waseem, a student of Government Degree College No 2 secured second position by securing 958 while Muhammad Danyal of the same institution was placed third with 951 marks out of 1100. The statement said that 22,411 candidates appeared in the Part-I and II examination and 15,725 qualified with the pass percentage of 70.The news.
