LAHORE: The Secretary School Education Muhammad Aslam Kamboh has removed Ashraf Manzoor subject Specialist Govt. Higher Secondary School Chak No. 40/SB District Sargodha from service because of willful absence from his duty. According to the detail, the District Education Officer (SE) Sargodha had reported that the accused officer was directed to submit his reply, but he did not bother to submit defense reply to the Show Cause Notice, in spite of repeated reminders, bearing No. even dated 26-04-2008, 29-05-2008, 23-06-2008, 17-07-2008, 26-09-2008, 21-10-2008 and 20-11-2008, finally a notice, to avail the last opportunity of personal bearing and to submit written defence was published in the National Dailies but the accused officer nor appeared in person neither submitted his defence reply to competent authority, even after the laps of considerable time from the last date, as mentioned in the above quoted show cause cum personal bearing notices, published in the leading daily News Papers. The Secretary School Education observed in his order that now therefore I, Muhammad Aslam Kamboh, Secretary School Education/ Competent Authority, after having gone through the relevant material/ record of the case hold that the charge leveled against Mr. Ashraf Manzoor has been proved and in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Section 13 of the PEEDA Act, 2006, impose major penalty of removal from service upon Mr. Ashraf Manzoor (BS-17), Subject Specialist, Government Higher Secondary School, Chak No. 40/SB District Sagodha.F.P.
