Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed paper I would like to bring certain facts to your notice and hope you will agree with me. The population of our locality is rapidly increasing. There is almost an explosion and to cope with this situation a good number of children and pubic parks have become a necessity. It needs hardly be emphasized that a public park is essential for the health and recreation of the residents. These re specially necessary for the growing children.
Two or three times the residents of Bilal Ganj have approached the Muncipal authorities in this connection but our proposal was put to cold storage on one pretext or another. In spite of the fact that a very suitable piece of land is available for lying over the much needed park I would like to suggest that in all the localities there should be gardens or parks. The concerned authorities must do some thing in this connection.
I therefore humbly request you and the Muncipal Authorities to take this urgent matter up and take personal interest in it.
Yours faithfully
M. Imran
