Once three travelers were passing through a forest. They were fast friends. They were talking merrily when they chanced upon a bag full of gold this pleased them all. They thought of dividing gold among themselves. But they felt hungry on account of long journey. All of them liked to enjoy a hearty meal before they took their share. One of them volunteered to fetch food for them. The two sat behind but were not idol for a moment. They planned and plotted they decided to kill him on his return and divide the gold between themselves. The one who had gone to the town to bring food was not less selfish than other of the two. He too wanted to havee tha gold all for himself . and desired to get rid of the other two. He poisoned the food and returned to his friends. They dashed upon him and killed him instantly. Then with blood stained hands they sat for dinner. The poison had its effects they died instantly leaving the bag of gold for others to enjoy.
