MANSEHRA: The Education Department in Battagram district has appointed 98 teachers to fill the vacant posts in the remote areas. Saeed Khan, executive district officer (education), told reporters on Friday that 83 newly appointed teachers were females and the recruitment would surely enhance the performance and standard of education. “Shortage of female teachers is adversely affecting the education of female students,” he said, adding that teachers with disabilities had also been appointed on two per cent quota.The news
