QUETTA: Under the auspices of DVM Graduates Action Committee, graduates of Lasbela University staged demonstration for resolution of their problem of unemployment.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the participants of the demonstration alleged that hindrances were being created in provision of jobs to first batch of graduates of marine sciences who received degree from the Lasbela University.
They recalled that Balochistan Public Service Commission had advertised BPS-17 posts of veterinary officers on November 29 last year but applications for the job submitted by the Lasbela University graduates were rejected on the pretext that the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council had not attested the degrees. The protesters demanded the government to take practical steps for provide them jobs.The news
