GHALLANAI: The Mohmand Girls Model School, Ghallanai in Mohmand Agency won an inter-schools declamation contest on Wednesday.
The contest was held at the Government Girls Higher Secondary in Ghallanai where 10 students from various schools participated in the event. The teams included students from Government Higher School Subhan Khwar, Dab Kor High School, High School Ekkaghund and Moh-mand Model School. The judges declared Fatima-ul-Zuhra the top debater while Ishrat Bibi and Saman Shad of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ghallanai got second and third position respectively.

The speech competition was organised by the Bacha Khan Trust Educational Foundation (BKTEF) in collaboration with the National Endowment for Democracy under the project ‘Youth Participation for Positive Social Change’. The event coordinator of the BKTEF, Nazia Ali, was present at the event.
