Eighty Two  new Colleges in Punjab Soon
Lahore : September 25:The Punjab government has planned establishment of 82 new colleges in the province while missing facilities will be provided in 68 colleges at a cost of Rs 1,470 million.
This was said by Punjab Finance Minister Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman on Tues-
day. He said the funds amounting to Rs 175 million had been allocated for different projects of commerce colleges in the province while Rs 266 million had been allocated for the construction of new universities.
He said new women universities were being established in Bahawalpur, Multan, Sialkot and Faisalabad. He said 101 new colleges were constructed in the previous regime of the PML-N.
