Admission Procedure
Only forms provided with the prospectus are acceptable. Attested copies of the following documents should be attached to the application in the following order.
1 Detail of matriculation marks with name and father's name (in English) 6 copies
2 Residential certificate (Domicile) 1 copy
3 NIC of father/guardian 1 copy
4 “Hafiz e Koran” certificate (if applicable) 1 copy
5 Latest passport size photograph 4
6 285X100 mm envelop with address of the candidate with 4 Rs stamp 2
7 Age concession application for concerned authority (if applicable) 1
8 Medical Certificate (in Interview) 1
9 Student registration form with two black & white 25X25 mm picture (The form has to be submitted with the admission form) 1
Note:- Name/Father's name should be according to matric certificate
Directions:
• Complete the form and do not leave any of the required fields, otherwise, the application will be rejected.
• Attest the admission form after pasting picture onto it. The attester must be an officer of Grade 17 or more.
• The application can be delayed if the original certificates are unavailable or the form is incomplete.
• Candidates from Northern Areas submit their applications on behalf of Directorate of Education Northern Areas, Gilgit.
• Candidates from Azad Kashmir submit their applications on behalf of Directorate of Education Northern Areas, Gilgit.
• Children of armed forces of Pakistan submit their applications on behalf of General Head Quarters, Rawalpindi / Naval Head Quarter, Islamabad / Air Head Quarter, Islamabad.
Note: -
Nominations under above articles 4-6 should be submitted to the zonal manager, Toyota.
• Candidates from other provinces should submit their applications to the zonal Manager South, Toyota through their administrators of polytechnic education.
• Candidates applying for seats for disabled people have to submit disability certificate from the District Medical Board/ Concerned authority. Disabled candidates can qualify only if their disability does not hinder their working in the workshop / Lab.
• Be careful while prioritizing technology for admission, as any cutting / overwriting causing illegibility would mean the administration has to take decision on candidate's behalf.
Note: -
• On specific seats, the application of the candidate will be considered only if it submitted by the concerned departments. Any direct applications will be disregarded.
• All admissions are granted on the basis of merit. Any candidate involved in any money transaction after admission is solely responsible for that himself.
• Only father can submit affidavit upon admission, if alive. If proved otherwise, the admission will be annulled.
• Candidates, who have been studying in any other polytechnic institute earlier, should submit character certificate with application. If any facts are manipulated / character certificate is not provided, the admission can be annulled.
• Candidates studying form any of the Toyota's institutes are not eligible to get admission in any other institute.
