Autopsy on MBBS Student’s Body Performed
Faisalabad :August 08: Doctors performed an autopsy on the body of an MBBS student who was found dead in his room at Punjab Medical College’s Ibn-e-Sina Hostel on Tuesday evening.
Roshan Khan had just arrived here from Bangladesh a few days ago and his room was found locked for the last four days. The hostel administration informed the Civil Lines police after feeling stench from the room.
The police reached the spot and shifted the body to Allied Hospital for autopsy. When contacted, the hospital authorities informed that the autopsy report would be completed by Wednesday night and handed over to police for appropriate action.
CPO Abdul Razzaq Cheema said that it would be pre-mature to say anything about reason behind the incident. However, he said that it was negligence of the PMC hostel administration which did not take notice of the locked room for four days. He said that they would proceed further after receiving the autopsy report. The news.
