Intensive Course in Paediatrics Ends at Riphah University
Rawalpindi :September 03: A six-day Intensive Course in Paediatrics for FCPS and MCPS trainees organised by Islamic International Medical College, a constituent institute of Riphah International University, concluded here.
Sixty postgraduate trainees from all over the country participated. Course training was conducted by eminent Paediatricians/Consultants of the country. It included Sessions on Neonatal Resuscitation, Paediatric Radiology, MRI & CT scans, EEGs, data interpretation, long and short clinical cases and patients and parents counselling. Participants were provided opportunity to interview patients and perform physical examinations in presence of CPSP examiners and Supervisors in ‘Mock Examination’ setting.
Major General (r) Masood Anwar, Principal Islamic International Medical College, was the chief guest while Major General Salman Ali, Principal Army Medical College, Rawalpindi, was guest of the honour at the concluding session.The news.
