Note:

    *     All students are instructed to maintain discipline, refrain from talking and creating disturbance during the ceremony
    *      No cell phone to be brought inside the auditorium
    *      Gowns will be available on rent for Rs 250/- from EE dept on 3 Mar 2010
    *      Hoods as souvenirs will also be available for purchasing @ Rs 350/-. If someone is interested then please let us inform   
    *      Students will deposit Rs 1500/- as security before renting the gowns
    *      For group photographs Rs 150/- will be deducted
    *      Students not clearing their dues by 25 Feb 2010 will not be allowed to participate in the convocation
    *Arrival in college on 3 Mar 2010 latest by 1000 hrs
    *Please bring along your invitation and National ID cards

Dress:
    *      Lounge suit (black/dark grey) for boys.
    *      White shalwar qameez with blazer for girls.
