A “Funny Mushaera” was organized at The University of Faisalabad, Amin Campus by the Literary Society of TUF on March 11, 2010. The event was presided over by Prof Dr Riz ul Haq Tariq, Rector. Mr Amjad Islam Amjad, famous poet and writer, was the chief guest of the event. Prof Dr Abdul Majeed, Advisor to Chairman BOG, welcomed the guests. Renowned poets of the country including Prof Anwar Masood, Dr Inaam ul Haq Javed, Aslam Kolsari, Afsar Sajid, Rifat Saeed Alvi, Arshad Beli and others read their humorous poems to please the audience.
