Scientists urged to get expertise in communication skills
Karachi:July 06: For scientists along with research it is vital to attain expertise in communication skills as well.
This was stressed by speakers at a workshop organised at the University of Karachi, an official of the institution said on Friday.
He said that the theme of the moot was “Effective communication skills for scientific writing and presentation’.
Prof Dr Abid Azhar, Prof Dr Kalim Raza Khan, former vice-chancellor of Karachi University, Prof Dr S I Ali briefed the workshop participants.
They said that effective communication also proved beneficial towards the research work. This would enable the scientists to present their research in an effective manner, they added.
