Islami Jamiat Talaba Demo against PU VC
Lahore:July 06: ACTIVISTS of the Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) staged a protest demonstration against Vice Chancellor Punjab University Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran over what they said his acts of victimisation against students.
According to a press release issued on Friday, a large number of IJT office-bearers staged a peaceful protest demonstration against the VC outside the Jamia Masque of PU after Juma prayer. They shouted slogans against the VC.
They claimed that a group of teachers had attacked some students in hostels a few days back at the behest of the VC. They, condemning the acts of VC, asked him to avoid involving in such issues to create a peaceful atmosphere on the campus.The news.
