Punjab academic year from May 15,The exams will continue May 10.
RAWALPINDI:22 January:The boards will remain lenient in marking as well as in making paper due to the coronavirus situation
The new academic year in Punjab will start from May 15 while the annual exams from nursery to grade VII will start in the last week of April.
Due to the coronavirus situation and its impacts, a revised pattern of marks distribution has been issued.
Under it, 50 marks have been designated for homework while 50 would be for examinations. The homework has either been given online or after calling students to schools.
The boards will remain lenient in marking as well as in making paper due to the coronavirus situation.
All education officials have been informed about the revisions.
