Registration Before Examination for B.A./B.Sc. Annual Exam 2009 last date June 28-2008 Punjab Uuniversity has started registration of private candidates who want to appear in B.A./B.Sc. Annual Examination 2009.
The last date for registration with single fee has been set as June 28 and with double fee the last date is July 31, 2008. He said that no form receiving after due date will be entertained.
The registration forms can be obtained from information centre of PU New Campus, university sale depot at Old Campus and nominated branches of Habib Bank on depositing Rs 15/-. The registration form downloaded from university website
www.pu.edu.pk/downloads/ is also acceptable.
Candidates, who had passed Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc.) Annual Examination 2007 and before are eligible for registration. Candidates having passed O or A level exam should attach equivalence certificates obtained from inter-boards chairman committee. Candidates who had passed their intermediate other than Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad and Federal board must attached original No Objection Certificate (NOC) obtained from their relevant boards.
Candidates appearing in B.Sc. (Nursing) English paper will have to attach Nursing diploma along with passed midwifery diploma 2007 or before this period.
The registration form, attested from gazetted officer, can be submitted along with testimonial photocopies of academic documents, one recent photograph and original bank receipt of Rs. 1200/-. Forms attested from councilors/nazims will not be entertained.
Complete forms in every aspect can be submitted during office timings in
Registration Branch, Room No. 25 Administration Block, Punjab University New Campus Lahore or sent through registered mail on the said address.
Note: Those Candidates who got already registered with Punjab University, are requested to not get registered again. Incomplete Forms will not be acceptable
