Punjab University awards PhD degrees
LAHORE (APP): Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to Nadeem Ahmad, Mahmood Ahmad and Muhammad Azad. Nadeem Ahmad s/o Meraj Din has been awarded PhD degree in the subject of Mathematics after completion of his thesis entitled "Geometric modeling using subdivision techniques". He completed his thesis under the supervision of Prof Dr Shahid S. Siddiqi, Chairman, Department of Mathematics, University of the Punjab. Mahmood Ahmad s/o Abdul Twab has been awarded PhD degree in the subject of Arabic after completion of his thesis entitled "AL.ISTISHHAD AL-LUGHAVI BIL-HADITH AL-NABVI (DIRASA TAHLILIA)". He completed his thesis under the supervision of Prof Dr Muhammad Akram Ch., Vice-Chancellor, Sargodha University. Muhammad Azad S/o Bashir Ahmad has been awarded PhD degree in the subject of Chemistry after completion of his thesis entitled "Synthesis of quinoline based compounds and study of their biological characterisation". He completed his thesis under the supervision of Dr Munawar Ali Munawar, Associate Professor, Institute of Chemistry, University of the Punjab.
