Shia organizations reject imposition of section 144 in Islamabad AZMATE SHUHADA CONFRENCE

ISLAMABAD ( 2008-08-02 19:35:21 ) :Different Shia Organizations have rejected the Islamabad admin decision to ban rallies and described the imposition of 144 as a dual and step mother treatment.

The organizing committee of "AZMATE SHUHADA CONFRENCE" to be held on Sunday at ISLAMABAD G 6/2 Masjid & Imam Barghah rejected the Islamabad administration announcement regarding the imposition of section 144 try to ban the Protest congregation in which Shia Muslims from all over the country will participate, a statement from the groups said.

The leaders & representatives of different Shia Organizations who are organizing this mega event jointly for the 'stability of Pakistan' and against the US & Israel agenda of sectarianism by promoting American version of Islam and militancy in Fata & DIK, termed the decision of Islamabad administration undemocratic and the step mother treatment.

In this connection showing their reaction the head of ittehad-e-umat forum Allama Raja nasir,Agha Shahedei ,Imamia students Organization(ISO) Pakistan central President Arif Qanbari ,Nazim Imamaia Organazation(IO) and jafiria alliance Pakistan(JAP) Senator Allama Abbas Kumaili term this action of administration as coward and based on injustice because it is not suitable for current government who term it as champion of democracy.

Leaders in their reaction said that the mega Protest Programme to be held on Sunday at Islamabad was advertised and managed a month ago and it is the constitutional responsibility of government to give security to this event.

They said that the government want to pressurize the thousands people who have started their journey from all the four provinces ,Northren Areas (Fata & Fana) and Azad Kashmir to attend this Protest by trains and Buses and even thousands are in way from Sindh in train march.
