11th National Symposium on 'Frontiers of Physics' success fully concluded at GC University Lahore
F.P. Report LAHORE: 11th National Symposium on 'Frontiers of Physics' success fully concluded at GC University Lahore. A total of 47 papers were presented in three days symposium by the speakers from different Universities and organizations such as PAEC, NESCOM, NUST, LUMS and GCU. Addressing the concluded ceremony at Bukhari Auditorium of the varsity, the Vice Chancellor GC University Prof. Khalid Aftab said that we would try to allocate more funds for research oriented activities and also ensure the symposium on early basis. He said that in GCU teachers are not only teaching their classes but also contributing in research work (projects) and administrative affairs. Dr. Khalid Aftab said that GCU is the prestigious institution all over the world and mentioned those great personalities who remained associated with this institution like Dr. Abdul Salam, Dr. Hargobind Khorana. Dr. G. Murtaza (Salam Chair, GCU) Chairman said that it's a good luck for GCU that person like Prof. Khalid Aftab is serving this institution his best efforts promoting the GCU on successful path. He said VC GCU provide all faculties to make the symposium successful. He also congratulates the participated his organizing team. Dr. Hassan A. Shah also addresses on the occasion and Chairperson Physics Department Dr. Riaz Ahmed large number of Faculty members of different Universities and foreigners were also present.
