Top Bureaucracy to Monitor Medical Entrance Test
Lahore : September 21 : ON the instruction of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, provincial secretaries, commissioners, members Board of Revenue (BOR) and DCOs will monitor the conduct of medical colleges’ entrance test to be held on September 22.
According to a spokesman for the Punjab Health Department, the chief secretary has nominated officers for each examination centre. They have been asked to reach their assigned centres at 8am for the supervision of the test and remain there till its completion.
 The officers will submit a report to Additional Chief Secretary after the completion of the exercise. According to the schedule, monitoring of examination centres established at the centre of Board of Intermediate, Lawrence Road, to Member Enquiry S&GAD Sheikh M. Amin, 1st Floor, Exam Center, will be monitored by Shahid Ahmad Bhutta, Member Enquiry S&GAD, 2nd Floor, by Member Enquiry-II Ch Iqbal Ahmad, 3rd Floor, by Member Enquiry S&GAD Cap (r) Atta M. Khan, 4th Flor, by Member Board of Revenue Shomail Ahmad Khawaja.
Examination Hall Punjab University Wahdat Road, Ground Floor, will be supervised by MBR Munawar Ahmad Majoka, 1st Floor, by MBR Sardar M Akram, 2nd Floor, by MBR Waheed Akhtar Ansari, Government Comprehensive Girls High School Wahdat Road Lahore Exam Centre will be monitored by DCO Lahore Nasim Sadiq and Government Pilot Secondary School Wahdat Road Lahore Examination Centre will be supervised by MBR Javed Nisar Syed. The Examination Centres, University of Agriculture Faisalabad Block No I & II, will be monitored by Secretary Agriculture Department Dr Ijaz Munir, Block III & IV Examination Centre, will be supervised by Secretary Literacy and Non-Formal Education Department Dr Pervaiz Ahmad Khan.
Government Degree College for Women Madina Town Centre will be monitored by Commissioner Faisalabad. Government Postgraduate Degree College for Boys Sahiwal Exam Centre will be monitored by Commissioner Sahiwal. Seven examination centres have been established at Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan. The exam centre established in Department of Electrical Engineer Ground and First floor will be monitored by Commissioner Multan. Department of Mechanical Engineering Ground & First Floor will be looked after by Secretary C& W Department Mian Mushtaq Ahmad, Department of Civil Engineering Ground & First Floor supervision will be conducted by Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports Muhammad Khan Khichi, Department of Building & Architectural Engineering Exam Centre will be monitored by Secretary Mines & Mineral Department Capt (r) Saeed Ahmad Nawaz, Department of Computer Engineering exam centre will be monitored by Secretary Provincial Transport Authority Shaukat Ali, Department of Basic Sciences Centre will be supervised by Secretary Zakat & Ushar Jahanzeb Khan and Examination Centre established in Undergraduate Studies Building BZU will be supervised by Secretary Population Welfare Department Altaf Ezid Khan.
Similarly, Commissioner Bahawalpur will monitor examination centre established in Faculty of Arts, Islamia University Bahawalpur, and Member Colonies Mian Nazir Ahmad, will supervise exam centre established in Faculty of Education & Extension Islamia University Bahawalpur.
Moreover, Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan will supervise the exam centre of Government Postgraduate College for Boys Dera Ghazi Khan. Similarly, DCO Rahim Yar Khan will supervise the examination centre of Shaikh Zayed Public School RY Khan. Commissioner Sargodha will monitor the exam centre of Business Administration Department of University of Sargodha whereas Secretary Food Department Muhammad Aslam will monitor the examination centre established in Urdu Block, Ali Block, Jinnah Hall, Economics Department, University of Sargodha.
Eight examination centres have been established in Siddique Public School Satellite Town Rawalpindi in which Special Secretary Home Capt (r) Saif Amjum will monitor the exam centre established in Wing-A, Ground Floor, and Wing-A First Floor will be monitored by DCO Rawalpindi, Wing-B Ground Floor will be monitored by Secretary Human Rights and Minority Affairs Javed Iqbal Chaudhry, Wing-B First Floor will be supervised by Secretary Industries and Commerce Irfan Ali, Wing-C Ground Floor will be monitored by Secretary Information and Culture Department Momin Agha, Wing-C First Floor will be supervised by Secretary Irrigation Department Capt (r) Zahid Saeed, Wing-D Ground Floor will be monitored by Secretary Livestock & Dairy Department Sajid Yousafani and Wing-D First Floor examination centre will be monitored by Secretary LG&CD Jawad Rafique Malik. Commissioner Rawalpindi will monitor the examination centre of Government Degree College for Boys Satellite Town Rawalpindi and Secretary Public Prosecution Department Nadeem Irshad Kiyani will monitor the examination centre of Government Postgraduate College for Women Satellite Rawalpindi. Similarly, Secretary Environment Protection Department Muhammad Anwar Rahsid will monitor the examination centre of Government College for Women Hazara Road, Hasanabdal, whereas Member Judicial-VI Tariq Mehmood Khan will monitor the examination centre established at University of Gujrat.
Moreover, Commissioner Gujranwala will monitor the centre of Government College for Boys Satellite Town Gujranwala, Secretary Cooperatives Dr Amir Ahmad will monitor the examination centre of Government Comprehensive High School and Special Secretary Higher Education Department Sohail Shahzad will monitor the examination centre established at Government.
