Inter-university art exhibition
Lahore :September 15: An art exhibition featuring work of faculty members of various universities was held at Expressions Art Gallery here on Saturday.
The second inter-university faculty art exhibition titled “Souch Rang” was inaugurated by Federal Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain who arrived one hour late of the scheduled time. The art pieces in various mediums, including acrylic on canvas, enamel on canvas, water color on paper, oil on canvas, gouache on wasli, pestle on canvas, digital print, wooden piece, pencil on paper, pencil miniature and drawing on paper etc were put on display. Over 80 paintings by 60 artists linked to various universities, including Punjab University (PU), Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), National Textile University, Multan College of Arts and others.The news.
