‘Naat’ competition held at Dar-e-Arqam
Islamabad:04 February :A ‘Naat’ competition was organised at Dar-e-Arqam, G-9 Campus, to fulfil the motto ‘Excellence in this world and the world hereafter,' says a press release.

In the competition, many students took part and recited ‘Naat-e-Maqbool’ (peace be upon him).

There were three rounds of the competition; the students of Prep, class 1 and class 2 were included in round 1. Second round included students of class 3, class 4 and class 5 and third round included class 6 and ‘hifz’ students. After this, a competition was held between teachers also.

Teachers Minhaj and Naila were the judges. Winners of all the rounds were;

In Round 1: Saad Mehmud (class 2), Fiza Batool (Prep), and both Maryam Kiani (Prep) and Azka (class 1) got first, second and third positions respectively.

In Round 2: Sharif Riaz of class 4, Waqar Khan of class 4 and Faizan Khan of class 4, got first second and third positions respectively.

In Round 3: Abdur Rehman (Hifz) got first, Areeba Khan (Hifz) second, and Wali Ullah of class Hifz got third position.

Among the teachers; Shazia got first position, Shama and Anbareen got second and Jaweria got third position. Principal Sadia Munir distributed shields among the winners and praised and encouraged their efforts. In the end, she also recited a ‘Naat’ to pay tribute to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).The news.
