ADMISSION POLICY

Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Science, Loralai (BIITMS) is an equal opportunity Institution and the admission is all our programs are purely on merit without any distinction of race, religion, colour, or ethnic origin, provided the learner meets the entry requirements in respective program.

How To Apply?
BIITMS prospectus alongwith Admission Application form for Rs. 200/- is available :

   1. Institute, near DCO Office, Quetta road, Loralai

Filled-in application forms along with all following attachments be returned to BIITMS campus. Application form must reach the admission office before closing date of admission (To be announced later), otherwise the applications will not be considered for admission.

Application form must accompany :

   1. Application processing fee of Rs.250/-(non-refundable) deposited in form of pay order/ bank draft payable to BIITMS (if downloaded from our Website).
   2. Copy of the National Identity Card (candidate or the parent/guardian).
   3. Certified / Attested copies of the Character certificate obtained from School last attended.
   4. Certified / Attested copies of the School leaving certificate.
   5. Certified / Attested copies of the detailed mark sheet.
   6. Equivalence certificate(s) if applicable.
   7. Recent photographs
          * Passport Size = 04 (Four)
          * Thumb size (1 x 1) = 04 (Four)
   8. Affidavit signed by Parents / Guardian on Government Stamp paper. Available here...

Admission Criteria & Admission Test:

Admission in all BIITMS programs are strictly on merit determined by:

   1.    Admission merit of DAE Applicants would be determined as:
         a. Academic (Matriculation) performance = 60%
         b. Written aptitude test + interview = 40%
   2.    Admission merit for under Graduate students would be determined as:
         a. Matriculation marks 20%
         b. Intermediate marks  50%
         c. Aptitude test + Interview  30%

Notification of successful Candidate:

The list of selected candidates will be displayed at destinated places at BIITMS Campus as well as their names may be published on the Official Website of BIITMS. The selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying their Admission dues. The admission process will be completed after the receipt of the Admission dues and the names of finally admitted candidates will be notified, if the student is unable to deposit fee, the admission offer will stand cancelled automatically and the next perspective student in the waiting list will be granted admission on the terms and conditions as explained above.

Conduct & Discipline Rules For students:

BIITMS Disciplinary Committee, comprising of Faculty & Senior staff Members Look after the Discipline in the Campus as:
To meet as and when necessary to consider the reports on matters relating to discipline of students and is the Final Authority to determine whether an act of indiscipline has been proved or not.

The Committee than advise an action to be taken in conformity with the regulations that follows discipline among the students will BIITMS shall be enforced an maintained by the Competent Authority, as In the teaching departments through the department Chair of the teaching department concerned.
The following among others, shall constitute acts of in-discipline for which the action may be taken against the student or students concerned by officers mentioned under clause.
Breaching of any Rule of public morals such as;

   1. Use of in-decent or un-civilized language by the Person/Student in front of Opposite / Either sex,
   2. Use of immodest dress,
   3. Use of un-desirable remarks or gesture to the Person / Student of Opposite / Either sex,
   4. Disorderly behavio, such as shouting, abusing, quarrelling, fighting and insolence,
   5. Carrying, using or threatening to use fire-arms and deadly weapons,
   6. Defiance of Authority,
   7. False presentation, giving False information of willful suppression of information, Cheating or Deceiving,
   8. Iniciating a staging, a walkout, strike or an un-authorized possession or indulging,
   9. Involvement in Political activities, including formation of Units / Sub-organizations of any student Organization / Federation operative outside the BIITMS campus,
  10. Shouting of slogans derogatory to the Prestige of the Institute or the Reputation of its officers or teachers,
  11. Being found under the effect of an in-toxicant,
  12. action defamatory of an directory to Islam and Pakistan,
  13. Abetting use of unfair means in the examinations,
  14. Indulging in activities prejudicial and determinant to good order on the campus,
  15. Unauthorized use of or damaging Institute's movable or immovable property or wall chalking,
  16. all such other acts which the Competent Authority / Discipline Committee may construe as breach of discipline,

Punishment or Penalty for any of the offence mentioned under above clauses shall be according to the gravity of the case and may be one or more of the following;

   1. A record in the Black Book to be maintained by authorized officer in this regard.
   2. Fine, which may amount to Rs.1000/- or more,
   3. Expulsion from the class, hostel for a specified period,
   4. Detention from examination;
   5. Cancellation of examination results or with drawl of certificate granted; and
   6. Expulsion or restriction from the Institute for a specified period or for good.

FEE STRUCTURE
The following fee structure (in PKR) has been proposed for the institute:-

Tuition Fee (Monthly)    500/-
Admission Fee (Yearly)1000/-
Examination Fee (as fixed by BBISE)    700/-
Library Fee (Monthly)    50/-
Sports Fee (Monthly)    50/-
Lab Fee (Yearly)    1000/-
Transport Charges (Monthly)    100/-
Total at time of Admission (Boys)    3700/-
Total at time of Admission (Girls)    3200/-

For Female Students:   

 Note: It has been approved that female students may be Exempted from payment of Monthly Tuition Fee. All the remaining dues will remain the same.

Keeping in view the strength of the female students, BIITMS would allow separate classes for them.
