Profile & Competencies:
* Devise and implement methods and processes for promoting and selling products with strong customer services approach
* Proven track record of market research, development of sales techniques, channel development and integrated marketing communication
* Willingness to engage in negotiations and critical analysis to cater the current and future marketing and selling practices
* Well organized and able to handle multiple priorities with excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
* Be good in developing and maintaining excellent working relationship with all intermediaries / channels
* Flexible and keen to learn
* Be able to travel extensively
Qualification, Age & Experience:
* MBA and/or Engineering degree from a reputable universit
* Preferably not more than 35 years of age
* Have at least 10-year experience in all facets of sales and marketing. Oil industry experience would be a plus
