Karachi:July 02: Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan on Monday inaugurated the website of Pakistan’s first law university named after Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the website would facilitate the students.The governor was optimistic that youngsters who would come out of the institution after acquiring higher education in the realms of law would serve the country as well as the people.
He also lauded the Sindh government for establishing the country’s first law university in the province.The chief justice of the Republic of Mauritania, Justice Yahefdhou, also addressed the ceremony.
He appreciated the efforts of the governor for the establishment of Pakistan’s first law university.He said that the institution would equip the youngsters of the education with the discipline of law. He said that no nation could make headway without equipping its people with education.
He said that he was satisfied with the syllabus of the university.The chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court, Justice Agha Rafiq Ahmed Khan, Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah of the Sindh High Court, Vice-Chancellor Justice (Retd) Qazi Khalid and Sindh Law Minister Sikandar Ali Mundrio were also present on the occasion.The news.
